BrightEye PC and BrightEye Mac Requirements
These requirements apply to BrightEye Mac/PC Version 2.0 or higher.
Windows PC Requirements
Operating System
- Windows 2000, XP, Vista or 7 (32 or 64 Bit)
Hardware
- Available USB port.
Macintosh Requirements
Operating System
- Mac OS X 10.4 or newer, including 10.7.
Hardware
- Intel or PowerPC Processor
- Available USB port.
Performance Notes
- BrightEye PC and BrightEye Mac have modest requirements for RAM and processor speed. Any machine that can comfortably run your chosen Mac OS or Windows OS will work well.
- BrightEyes work best, and most reliably when connected directly to the host computer, rather than through a hub. It is especially important to use a direct connection when upgrading BrightEye firmware.
