Troubleshooting Envoy on Macintosh

If you have recently upgraded your system OS you may encounter problems using the Envoy application. To resolve this simply discard the preference file.

  1. Quit the Envoy application.
  2. Drag the “Envoy Preferences” file from the “Preferences” folder inside of the “Sytem Folder” to the trash.
  3. Empty the trash.
  4. Re-open the Envoy application.
